Eligibility
Low-to-no Income
All patients must meet our income eligibility (see income verification) to be established as a patient. We use the ALICE threshold for income and a sliding scale for payment.
Dentally Underinsured
We accept patients with Medicaid or no dental insurance. We encourage all patients with other insurance coverage to reach out to our partner dental offices for an appointment.
Income Verification
All established patients must provide a proof of income, including: a copy of their most recent paystub, a statement of benefits (SNAP eligibility, social security statement, etc.), or a signed letter from a case manager or employer.

To become a patient with us, you must provide income verification documents to our staff and allow 5-10 business days for approval. We must see all income documents for everyone living and working in your Household. Example documents for submission are tax returns, a letter from your employer, or a SNAP approval letter. We cannot accept bank statements, Zelle transactions, Cash App transactions, or similar as proof of income.

No matter the service, we keep care affordable for every patient we serve.
Our Services and Fees
We aim to serve our community by providing access to basic dental care.
Patients with Medicaid will have their insurance billed.
Patients paying out-of-pocket must pay the nominal fee for their treatment when making an appointment. All fees start at $25 and average $50-$75 per tooth. We do not offer payment plans.

We start with a screening. We’ll take full mouth x-rays to create a practical treatment plan for each patient.
Patient Fee: $25/visit -
In partnership with Trident Technical College, we offer basic hygiene services for our established patients, including deep cleanings.

In partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina, we provide restorative care for our established patients. All restorative care must first have an exam scheduled at our office.
Patient Fee - Fillings: $25/tooth
Patient Fee - Root Canals: $50/tooth (limited) with crown $600

We offer limited, same day emergency extractions for patients in severe tooth pain.

$75/wisdom tooth
$100/surgical extraction

Patients that have completed all prior restorative and preventative care with us may be eligible for prosthodontic care. These are on a limited basis.
Patient Fees:
Partials start at $400
Full Dentures start at $600
Crown/Bridge start at $600 per tooth
We do not offer payment plans!
All dentures are at the responsibility of the patient once they leave our office. Any broken dentures or partials will need to be replaced at full cost - no guarantees.
Next Steps
Have a dental emergency and need an extraction? We see the first 6 patients on Tuesday nights at 5:00pm and on Thursday beginning 9:00am (first come, first served).
