Meet Dr. Charles Anderson. A 13th generation Charlestonian, he dedicated over 36 years to general dentistry after graduating from MUSC. Driven by a mission trip to Honduras with Dr. Bill Sasser, he found fulfillment in giving back, "I saw it as returning the Lord's gifts He had given me."

Retiring from private practice 3 years ago, Dr. Anderson continues to volunteer, helping lead NCDO from an emergency clinic to a full-fledged charity clinic. "I've enjoyed all my time serving abroad at home, but this organization provides a variety of opportunities to serve without leaving town."
